Specializing in Grief, Loss, and Life Transitions.
Grief has a voice of its own, asking us to grow beyond what we have known.
As we reconcile our loss, it reshapes and refines us, helping us move from what is now to what is next.
Loss transitions can occur at any time in our lives. Whether it is due to a loved one’s death, divorce, job change, chronic illness or change in identity, grief makes its presence known. I believe that bearing witness with others extends an olive branch of peacefulness to the soul. Grief, like love, is a spiritual journey. Life and love, while wonderfully exquisite experiences, are often challenging. What we learn about ourselves and how we grow during our journey can also create fractures and splinters that sting or break open our soul. This can shift our circles of friends, colleagues and family. Secondary and non-death losses, losses that are not acknowledged or publicly mourned, and ambiguous losses occur because we have lived and loved in meaningful ways.
Life too, is a spiritual journey. Grounded in Christian faith, I honor all walks of life, faiths and wisdom traditions. We start with your story, goals and needs, as they inform our coaching sessions. My coaching focus is strength-based using a variety of tools individualized to support your movement forward.
